Help Sports Kids Set Goals

Goal-setting is important to help young athletes reach their dreams. Setting goals can improve motivation, focus and dedication to their sport. Goals helps athletes improve their weaknesses and structure practices. Setting goals is one of the most important ways to experience success in sports and in life!

Every great athletes sets goals. Your young athletes should set their own goals. You certainly can help them set their goals, but they should be their own goals, not yours. When kids set their own goals, they are more likely to take ownership for their goals and stick to them.
