February 18, 2011 By Patrick Cohn

The best athletes in the world use pressure to their advantage and can perform their best in crunch time. However, even the best athletes in the world sometimes struggle with confidence and closing out a match. Leave your expectations at home and bring a full tank of confidence. Confidence must to be sturdy when you are under pressure so you can stomp out any doubts about your ability to finish strong.
