Developing Your Confidence

March 4, 2011 By Patrick Cohn

Confidence is important for every athlete. However, understanding how you can develop confidence daily is the most relevant approach to boosting your confidence. Athletes must also have a clear understanding about the beliefs, thoughts, and expectations that consistently undermine confidence.

Confidence includes two areas. first, you need to focus on your strengths as an athlete and be proactive (not reactive) with your confidence before you compete. Second, you must identify and overcome beliefs, thoughts or expectations that undermine or hold back your confidence. You must take responsibility for improving confidence just like you work to improve your backhand, pitch, swing, stroke and so forth.

Boost your confidence fast with The Confidence Athlete CD program.
