Establishing a Winning Mindset

March 3, 2011 By Patrick Cohn

You might have the most physical talent or the most talented team and great coaching. However, if you do not have a winning mindset to support your physical ability, you simply cannot perform consistently, nor can you perform up to your potential. Follow these mental training tips to help your team establish a winning mindset:

1. Reach your teams full potential by removing mental barriers and distractions.

2. Improve the consistency of your teams performance by developing focused routines.

3. Perform at your peak under pressure by remain poised and composed during these situations.

4. Make practice goal-oriented, and efficient to help your team shine in competition.

5. Think confidently every day and keep your teams confidence high even after mistakes.
